HZS60 Concrete Batching Plant Performance​:

1. The mixer has the patent of double-layer sealing at the shaft end to avoid the leakage of the inner materials during the operation and keep the dust out.
2. The mixer should be sprayed the first, anti-rust and final painting in three layer to prevent the monisture and rust so as to prolong the service life of the machine.
3. Before painting, the mixer will use the sand blasting to prevent the oil, rust and dust to ensure the better painting effect.
4. The underbed of the mixer is supported by anti-skid plate, which is convient for worker to maintain and safe.
5. The twin shaft of mixer uses boring machine technology, it makes the shaft keep in the same horizontal level, and the two shaft end of the same shaft stay in a concentric circle, it prevent the collision of the mixing arm during operation, so as to prolong the service life of the machine.
6. The barrel wall in the mixer has the high mangness liner plate, which is made by Changli, it is detachable and easy to install a new liner plate. the mangnese has the characteristics of hardness and wear resistence, so it makes the barrel more durable. At the same time, the mixing blades is also made of mangnese, which makes the blades more durable.
7.we use the carbon dioxide protection welding, which makes the welding stength, less welding slage, more beautiful and durable.
