1. Main concrete mixer

2. Electrical control system

3. Batching machine

4. Screw conveyor

The cement conveying adopts a fully sealed device, and the soft connection between the discharge port and the metering hopper does not affect the measurement accuracy; the receiving port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation and has good sealing; the spiral blade and the cylinder have a small gap, and the transmission efficient.

5. Cement warehouse

The top of the cement silo is equipped with an anti-overflow roof device, cement is blown in from this, which reduces the load pressure of the cement silo and prevents the air pollution from dust. The arch breaking device is installed in the cone and combined with the gas system and control system, which can automatically break the arch of the cement in real time or manually.

6. Control room
