JZC series portable concrete mixer can also be called gear type concrete mixer. Portale concrete mixer is eqipped with wheels, which makes JZC concrete mixer movement easy and convenient.
In order to reduce the labor intensity, this type of mixer is light weight and has two wheels below which make for moving conveniently. From the perspective of size, this type of mini concrete mixer is ideal for small to medium projects. For being equipped with double- conic reversing drum transited by gear rim, JZC concrete mixer is also known as gear type concrete mixer,Small Concrete Mixer. The paint cover protects the machine from splashing wet and getting rusty.
The mixing mechanism consists of a mixing drum, a supporting wheel and a transmission system. The mixing drum is the working part of the mixer. The mixing drum is double-cone. There are two pairs of high and low pieces welded in the inside of the drum. They are arranged crosswise and form a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates, the blades lift the material while falling. It also makes the material move back in the axial direction, so the mixing movement is relatively strong, and the homogeneous concrete can be reached in 35-45 seconds after mixing. Inside the discharge cone of the mixing drum, a pair of discharge blades are welded to change the rotation direction of the mixing drum, and the concrete is pushed from the bottom blade to the discharge blade and discharged out of the drum. The mixing drum is supported by four supporting rotations, and the mixing drum is rotated by the gear ring driven by the motor through the reduction box, so it can still work reliably in foggy and rainy weather. The forward and reverse rotation of the shaking drum is realized by motor commutation.

JZC series concrete mixer is self falling type double cone reversed discharging mixer, mixing tube by the ring gear drive, work is to stir, reverse the material, stirring to plastic and semi dry concrete, suitable for general construction sites, roads, bridges and concrete component factory. Especially suitable for the power shortage area.
This machine is according to GB/T9142 2000 "concrete mixer technology conditions". design and manufacture,reasonable structure, and has the advantages of high production efficiency, good mixing quality, beautiful appearance, light weight, easy to move and so on, is a more advanced models.
Maintenance of concrete mixer after using:
1. Before stopping the machine, put in a certain amount of stones and water, stir for 3-5 minutes, and then let it out, so that the accumulation in the cylinder can be removed several times. After each shift, the deposits in the cylinder must be removed.
2. Clean the dust and the concrete adhered to the whole machine.
3. Place the hopper on the transportation position and hang the safety hook.
4. Cut off the power supply and lock the electrical box.
5. The remaining water in the water supply system should be drained out in the freezing season.
6. Add necessary lubricating oil to each lubrication point as appropriate.
7. Warning: Refuel at the clutch ring, top bar and grease nipple once every shift.
