CinaCharm 90m3/h batching machine HZS90 concrete batching plant
Concrete batch plants can be portable, stationary, or semi-portable. Typical batch plants are used for ready mix, concrete recycling, civil infrastructure, maritime work, and precast applications etc. In order to meet the construction requirements in new-normal condition, CinaCharm developed different concrete mixing plants, including 10 categories, 32 models, 28 options.
Features
Features of Concrete Plant:
1) This concrete mixing plant adopts JS500 concrete mixer, it is a double horizontal shaft concrete mixer, so it can mix concrete efficiency and enough in short time.
2) The electronic weighting system has a buffer device and automatic volume compensation with high accuracy.
3) Sand & gravel batching machine use PLD800, with has highly accuracy measuring.
4) There also has maintenance walkway, so that enginer can examine this plant easily.
5) Cement is stored in cement silo, and feeding by screw conveyor.
6) Water supply system is composed by water tank, water pump and water weigher.
The whole mixing, batching system is operated by electrical control room or control plate, fully automatical.

The optimized vibration lining plate structure, together with the design of large-inclined-angle and eccentric-pin arch-breaking, plus the adjustable pressure reducing plate, can guarantee the unloading efficiency, stable performance, safe production, and comfortable use.

Multi-layer precision control and excellent performance
Upgrade the water storage tank, and realized the overbalance of the coarse and fine metering, to ensure the accurate and controllable liquid weighing; more with independent admixture said, further accurate, refined measurement data, highly ensure the quality of concrete.
3.Dust removing system
Streamlining, high efficiency, economy and environmental protection
Equipped with pulse bag filter with dust removal efficiency up to 99.9%, it's easy maintenance; Adopt the big fan to take the initiative to draw the air, balance the air pressure between each system, ensure the weighing accuracy and blanking speed stable.
4.Mixing system
High efficiency, energy saving, and stability
Adopt double spiral belt mixer, stable and reliable, easy to clean (only clean once a month). Its excellent performance and productivity performance can save about 15% mixing time and 20% production energy consumption. Scientific gate discharge hopper perfectly realizes efficient discharge without splash and drip.
