Asphalt Batching Plant adopts the German and Italian technology. The Asphalt Batching Plant LB1000 is modular construction and easy to transport, install and dismantle.It is an ideal construction equipment used for manufacturing of asphalt that is mainly used for road construction and other civil construction.
1: Tank, piping and pump valve are all made of high-quality 304 staineless steel. They are heat resistant. In the absence of chlorine atom, they have strong corrosion resistance.
2: Modifiled emulsified machine is adopted. It has the ability to produce modified asphalt and common emulsified asphalt at the same time.
3: Matrix asphalt pump and emulsion delivery pump use frequency converter for speed control. Compared to previous motor speed control, the operation is more convenient.
4: Independent design and electric control system have simple structure and convenient operation, high frequency inverter control is safe and reliable.
5: International advanced platform design concept is adopted. The product is designed to be mobile, which provides more convenient operation for the customer.
